Same bait as the Hover Cheater but with a fish tail! The wings add a darting action much like fishing a weightless soft jerk bait. Rig it on your favorite jig head and it'll dart around on a rod twitch, or rig it just like the hover Cheater with a more action. Or a great bladed jig trailer!
